BRAND ACCELERATION COMES TO LIFE IN THE WORK

Welcome to the BRAND + TEDx ACCELERATOR PROGRAMS

Whether it’s entrepreneurs building their personal brand platforms, or businesses seeking to create more mission-driven initiatives or supporting today’s leaders transform their powerful voices on the TEDx stage, it all starts with finding your tribe and telling a story.

Here are just some of those client stories and their “return on experience.”

LEGACY OF A LIVING TRIBUTE

Why do we wait until someone dies to express profound gratitude to them? Walter Green came to me with a simple yet extraordinary idea to develop a growing movement called SAY IT NOW. This is a powerful paradigm shift that changes how and when we express gratitude for the people who’ve meant so much in our lives, from too late to right now. How? By empowering people with easy tools to jumpstart their gratitude journey. The pandemic showed us just how unpredictable life can be. Over one million lives in the US alone ended abruptly and unexpectedly. Imagine if these people had received a living tribute, and learned the impact they had on others? It has been a huge success. In 2023, Martin Luther King III joined him on stage to launch Say It Now globally. We’re in all 50 states, and in over 15,000 thousand classrooms in 67 countries around the world. And it’s growing by the minute. In our first year alone, we exceeded 1,000,000 expressions of gratitude through Say It Now to teachers, coaches, parents, grandparents, mentors and friends. I remember saying to Walter the day we met… “This is more than a movement. This is your living legacy.” Now watch his TEDx Talk.

SIMPLE TRANSFORMATION

Sometimes it’s not about what you do that defines you. It’s what your most in alignment with and how you show up to the world with it, that’s your personal brand essence. My client, Cynthia Thurlow, took her passion for a simple health technique and was able to take the intermittent fasting community by storm. An innovative idea, a captive audience and a market demand became the perfect recipe for a viral media sensation with her second TEDx talk. With over 15 million views, a global brand ambassador opportunity, international speaking gigs and a whole new trajectory of her career, the rest is history in the making. MY STORY IS MY BRAND

Dave Sinclair’s story is like many. Successful corporate career, family and the pursuit of having it all. Until one day he came to the realization that he wasn’t who he wanted to be be. After experiencing a proverbial rock bottom, something had to change. At that moment, the very story that once rendered him numb, became the very essence of building a purpose-driven business anchored by his own personal brand. Dave is redefining the meaning of becoming a “real man” and is focused on using his narrative to rewrite the script for men to find the emotional freedom that will catapult them into living the legacy they have always dreamed of. His story, his brand. This is the power of owning a voice, disrupting the market and leading a whole new kind of tribe. Welcome to “The Real Man Tribe.”

THE POWER OF LIVING ON PURPOSE

Lynda Cormier’s personal brand has been 35 years of stories and experiences in the making. Which is why she came to me with one main goal of synthesizing decades of knowledge into one audacious movement that can be brought to life. She takes high-achieving women on a journey of spiritual liberation, emotional freedom and servant leadership to enjoy the greatest gifts of living a life of heroic joy. After years of corporate life, public speaking and building businesses, she is finally using her own personal brand to drive human impact on a level she never thought possible. She has always taught to open your heart and your mouth at the same time, and now she’s creating a movement for young women to launch their path toward living a life on purpose, for purpose. Her new brand? The Journey to Heroic Joy. Click here to hear it from her own words.

HUMANIZING GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY

The #1 challenge that technology companies face when it comes to customer acquisition and adoption, is they market themselves as a product, not a brand, and a feature, not a benefit, so they end up solving a short-term problem, not building a long-term relationship. For Meylah, we flipped the tech script and brought human emotion back into the marketing and branding narrative. We focused on what the end user experience truly is, not just how the product functions. We moved from speaking to digital transformation into the power of economic recovery, community development and helping cities reinvest back into their own small businesses. A much needed message during these times. This elevated their brand to a whole new level and the City of Kirkland, WA saw their vision as one of helping humanity, not simply advancing technology. Now their bottom line is watching their city rebuild, expand and thrive. True digital transformation occurs when we bring humanity back to technology.

DECONSTRUCTING MODERN MASCULINITY

When I first started working with Sam Webb, the feelings around losing his closest friend to suicide were still raw. But we both agreed that conversations around toxic masculinity and men’s health had to change. His TEDx talk did just that and now he’s running one of the most successful Australian mental health non-profits called LIVIN.org which is deconstructing the stigma attached to being a man in today’s world. Sometimes our stories of pain turn into missions of transformation. As Sam says ever day, it ain’t weak to speak.

BRANDING THROUGH EXPERIENCES

Places inspire us.  They can define who we are.  And how we communicate with others.  Places are a part of our everyday lives.  They help us grow, change and find the right path. Placemaking is the art and science of connecting people and places through experiences.  It’s the organic and emotional connections you make with your followers every time you reach them.  And how you make them think, feel and act.  It has the ability to activate the five senses, unknowingly.  We start from the ground up.  Places take time to emerge, but they will.  Whether it’s a boutique hotel, master planned community, resort destination, urban hub or retail lifestyle center, it starts with the power of story, combined with rich, unique experiences. When we knowingly as humans buy on emotion and justify with logic, its the narrative you tell that anchors the lasting connection. Welcome to the next great place!

SCARS ARE BADGES OF COURAGE

Imagine being the youngest pancreatic cancer survivor in the U.S. and living without 8 of your organs. Working with Christina Helena was beyond a powerful experience. It was an awakening into the resiliency of the human spirit, a passion for personal advocacy and a determination to empower all of us humans to look way past beauty being skin deep. Her story caught fire on the TEDx stage and Goalcast with millions of views. She’s beaten all odds and got even with her life despite it’s ugliness. Watch what happens when we take the darkest parts of our lives and turn them into the brightest beacons for others to follow. Personal brand meets servant leadership.

LIFE’S TOUGHEST CONVERSATIONS

When I began working with Jason, he was living through the worst nightmare of his life. His son’s suicide at just 14. Having been a serial entrepreneur and CEO most of his life, he’s now on a mission to help parents change the conversation they have with their kids. With the goal being to end teen suicide by 2030. Sometimes the toughest conversations that need to be had evolve into the very platform that becomes the most pivotal mission of your life. With over 1 million views of his TEDx talk, Jason has now turned his son’s story into an award-winning documentary that is birth of a new movement of epic proportions.

CULTIVATING NATURAL BORN LEADERS

When I first started working with Samantha, she had been through multiple attempts to coalesce her personal brand into something she felt 100% confident in. It was missing the voice, vision and velocity that she needed to truly make the impact she had always envisioned. In addition, she needed to identify and connect with her core audience in a way that no one else in the women’s leadership space was doing, integrating biology and human design. Now, she has a calling all unto her own that she answers to each and every inspired morning when she awakens the vulnerable justice within. Her mission is to help young women design personal ecosystems through biocognition that rewrite society’s unwritten rules and cultural expectations so they can cultivate rural leaders. Mission accomplished, for the last time.

FIXING A BROKEN PROMISE

Michael has a bold mission. Imagine if we’re preparing our teens today for a world that will no longer exist tomorrow. We’re at a point in history where technology is accelerating life at warp speed, but the current system isn’t keeping pace. Traditional education is at odds with critical thinking and innovation is outpacing emotional intelligence, human capacity and conscious leadership, where teens are no longer inspired to simply learn. Michael’s TEDx talk shows how we bridge the gap between leadership and learning so we can help teens discover their hidden genius and fulfill the promise of education that’s been broken. This is the paradigm shift we need to develop a happier, healthier and more purpose-driven generation of future leaders. I am honored to have been Michael’s messaging architect and coach for this powerful talk.

RAISING YOUR HUMAN CAPITAL

When I began to work with Christina, she was at a crossroads. She had a vision and passion for helping women find more means to build value for themselves outside of their professional lives but struggled to see a way forward.  Having helped hundreds raise millions in her field of philanthropy and corporate giving, she needed a personal brand and architectural roadmap to “raise” her own business. The result was an innovative platform focused on helping women raise their own “human capital” that creates wealth of a different kind. Her new brand includes innovative programming, events and retreats designed to empower women to embrace their second half of living. As a bonus, she delivered a TEDx talk celebrating her new mission.

A TRUE CHAMPION OF LOVE

Glodean Champion is a champion of life’s greatest gift. Love. Our society has gotten so bogged down by the construct of race that we have steered away from love and acceptance. Except race only seems to exist so that racism has space to breathe so what if we put race out of its misery so that together, we can heal and unite the human collective. The longer we talk about each other through the lens of race, the longer fear, judgment, hatred will continue taking us back into a divisive world vs. the world of unity and love. We are not here to go backward; we are here to break the cycles of hatred. All it takes is our willingness to be aware, know, and accept that love is the bridge that connects us. I was so honored to be a part of Glodean’s journey to the TEDx stage. She is a force on this planet, so get to know her.

IGNITING SHAME INTO HEALING

Eli will always be one of most memorable clients, simply by his vulnerable courage alone and a story that’s unforgettable. Eli held the details of his own abuse secret for many years. He is now passionate about empowering others to speak up and to use their voice to be an agent of change in their communities. When we dove deep into his TEDx ideation, it was clear he had something to say, and the time was now. Eli is using his addiction to porn as a catalyst to inspire others to share our hardships as powerful tool to move us through shame and into healing. He’s also shedding light on taboo topics that are helping shape new narratives for our next generation. You won’t forget his talk.
